For the Patties:

  • 3.2 oz soy granules or tofu

  • 3.5 oz flour

  • 5.3 oz oat flakes

  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
    ‍
  • 2 tsp salt
    ‍
  • 2 tsp cumin
    ‍
  • 1 tsp pepper
    ‍
  • 1 tsp thyme
    ‍
  • 1 tsp rosemary

For the Patties:

  • 90 g soy granules or tofu

  • 4 beetroots
    ‍
  • 100 g flour
    ‍
  • 150 g oat flakes
    ‍
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
    ‍
  • 2 tsp salt
    ‍
  • 2 tsp cumin
    ‍
  • 1 tsp pepper
    ‍
  • 1 tsp thyme
    ‍
  • 1 tsp rosemary

Steps

  • Prepare the Soy Granules or Tofu: If using soy granules, rehydrate them according to the package instructions. If using tofu, crumble it into small pieces.

  • Cook the Beetroots: Peel and grate the beetroots.
    ‍
  • Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the soy granules or crumbled tofu, grated beetroot, flour, oat flakes, smoked paprika, salt, cumin, pepper, thyme, and rosemary. Mix until well combined.

  • Form Patties: Shape the mixture into burger patties.
    ‍
  • Cook Patties: Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they are crispy and cooked through.
