β - 2 tbsp olive oil
β - 1 tsp dried oregano
β - 3/4 tsp salt

- 2 ounces goat cheese
β - 3/4 cup Greek yogurt
β - A pinch of salt
β - Pepper to taste
β - Squeeze of lemon juice
β - 2 tsp honey

Topping:
- 1/4 cup golden raisins, finely chopped
β - 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
β - 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
β - 1 tbsp chopped capers
β - 1 tsp lemon zest
β - Juice of 1/2 lemon
β - 1/4 cup olive oil
β - 1/4 tsp salt
β - 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
