- 1 lb carrots, peeled and chopped into 1.5 inch pieces
- 1 lb radishes, halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Whipped Goat Cheese:
- 2 ounces goat cheese
- 3/4 cup Greek yogurt
- A pinch of salt
- Pepper to taste
- Squeeze of lemon juice
- 2 tsp honey
Topping:
- 1/4 cup golden raisins, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
- 1 tbsp chopped capers
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
Optional:
- Sunflower seeds

- 450 g radishes, halved
- 30 ml olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 3.75 g salt
- 2.5 g pepper

- 56 g goat cheese
- 180 ml Greek yogurt
- A pinch of salt
- Pepper to taste
- Squeeze of lemon juice
- 10 ml honey
Topping:
- 60 ml golden raisins, finely chopped
- 15 ml chopped fresh parsley
- 15 ml chopped fresh dill
- 15 ml chopped capers
- 5 ml lemon zest
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
