Ingredients
For the Cauliflower:
- 1 head cauliflower
β - 1 cup whole wheat flour
β - 4 tbsp tapioca flour
β - 1/2 cup plant-based milk
β - 1/2 cup water
β - 1 tbsp sea salt

For the Sauce:
- 1/4 cup tamari or coconut aminos (alternative soya sauce)
β - 1/4 cup agave
β - 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
β - 1 tbsp sesame oil
β - 1 tbsp hot sauce
β - 1 tbsp minced ginger
β - 2 tsp minced garlic
β - 1/2 cup veggie broth (or water)
β - 4 tbsp tapioca flour
For the Cauliflower:
- 1 head cauliflower
β - 1 dl whole wheat flour
β - 4 tbsp tapioca flour
β - 1.2 dl plant-based milk
β - 1.2 dl water
β - 1 tbsp sea salt

For the Sauce:
- 60 ml tamari or coconut aminos (alternative soya sauce)
β - 60 ml agave
β - 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
β - 1 tbsp sesame oil
β - 1 tbsp hot sauce
β - 1 tbsp minced ginger
β - 2 tsp minced garlic
β - 120 ml veggie broth (or water)
β - 4 tbsp tapioca flour
Steps
For the Cauliflower:
- Cut 1 head of cauliflower into florets.
β - In a bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, tapioca flour, plant-based milk, water, and sea salt.
β - Add all the cauliflower florets into the bowl until theyβre all evenly coated in the batter. Bake them in your air fryer at 400Β°F (204Β°C) for 10 minutes OR bake them in the oven at 400Β°F (204Β°C) for 20 minutes.

To Make the Sauce:
- Combine tamari or coconut aminos, agave, apple cider vinegar, sesame oil, hot sauce, minced ginger, and minced garlic in a large pot. Let simmer on low heat for a few minutes.
β - Add veggie broth and tapioca flour to the mix and stir until gooey.
β - Once the sauce is sticky, add the cauliflower and cook until heated throughout.
