  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • 12 pitted Medjool dates
  • 2/3 cup cacao
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 avocado
  • 80 grams cashews
  • 12 pitted Medjool dates
  • 160 grams cacao
  • 360 ml water
  • Steps

  • Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into a container and freeze for a few hours.
  • Serve and enjoy!
