Ingredients

  • 1 (14 oz) package firm tofu
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • 8 Medjool dates, soft, big, and pitted
  • 1 cup plant-based milk
  • 400 g firm tofu
  • 55 g cocoa powder
  • 8 Medjool dates, soft, big, and pitted
  • 240 ml plant-based milk
  • Steps

  • Add the tofu, cocoa powder, Medjool dates, and plant-based milk to a high-speed blender.
  • Blend until completely smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
  • Transfer the mousse to serving bowls and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
  • Optionally, garnish with fresh berries or a sprinkle of cocoa powder before serving.
  • Enjoy !
