Ingredients

  • 90 g salted & roasted pistachios
  • 1/3 cup cashews
  • 100 g pitted dates
  • 1 ½ cups whole milk (or plant-based)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Steps

  • Blend Ingredients: Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Freeze Mixture: Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and freeze until solid.
  • Thaw and Blend: Once frozen, let the mixture thaw for a couple of minutes. Transfer the mixture to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Serve: Using an ice cream scoop, scoop the mixture into serving bowls.
  • Garnish: Garnish with crushed pistachios.
  • Enjoy !
